Even though oil tanks can remain safely underground for years, the longer the tank remains, the greater the likelihood for a leak. While newer fiberglass tanks and above ground tanks have longer lifespans, many tanks installed before 1990 only have a life expectancy of 20-25 years. The potential for contamination from older tanks has led many property owners to take steps to mitigate the potential liability of a leaking tank. ASI prides itself in customer service. We will prepare a proposal that will outline all potential and anticipated related work and estimated costs and we will review the proposal personally with our customers. When projects are started they will be managed quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption to you and your property.
